Cancellation & refund policy.

Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis as seats are limited. Here is exactly what happens if you need to cancel, summarised first and then set out in full below.

Full Terms

The policy in detail

1. Admission. Seats are limited in every batch and admission is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course. Written cancellations received up to 4 weeks before the course start date attract a 20% deduction of the course fee as a service charge; the remaining 80% is refunded.

3. Cancellation after the deadline. Cancellations received after the 4-week deadline are not eligible for any refund.

4. Cancellation after E-Learning or online-class access is granted. Once we have sent the candidate their registration confirmation together with the password or link to access the online classes and E-Learning materials, that access is considered activated, regardless of whether the candidate has used the material in full, in part, or not at all. If a refund is requested from this point onward, the candidate is eligible for a refund of 60% of the course fee, calculated after deduction of applicable government taxes from the total amount paid.

5. No carry-forward. Paid fees cannot be transferred to a subsequent course, as the fee structure may change.

6. Cancellation by the organizers. In unusual circumstances where the organizers must cancel the course at short notice, the full money paid will be refunded to the candidates. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.

7. Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Chennai or Kochi, according to the location of your payment.
